Introduction
Double-wall corrugated pipes are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), featuring a smooth inner wall and a corrugated outer wall. Entirely black with high UV resistance, these pipes are also equipped with slots for groundwater drainage. Available in fixed lengths, they come in a diameter range (DN/OD) from 125 mm to 1200 mm and are widely used in underground drainage systems.

● Smooth inner wall ensures low friction, allowing larger flow rates for pipes of the same inner diameter.
● Adopting socket-type flexible joints, it features convenient installation, high connection reliability and effective leak prevention.
● Lightweight design enables rapid construction and cost reduction.
● Buried service life exceeds 50 years.
● Crafted from green and eco-friendly raw materials, it is non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-scaling and fully recyclable.
● Made of polyethylene, a non-polar hydrocarbon polymer, the pipe is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion.
● Wide temperature tolerance range: the pipe will not crack even at -60℃, and the maximum temperature of the conveying medium can reach 60℃.
● Overall engineering cost is roughly equivalent to that of concrete pipes, with lower long-term operation costs.
● No special foundation is required when laid on stable soil.
